At The Leadership Project, our mission is to help leaders use their own healthy, cooperative values as a guide for transforming their organizations and the larger community. Our processes enable leaders to activate and further develop their leadership intelligence. That way they can better bring about the future they envision.
Our work applies discoveries in science to leadership development. These fields include cognitive science, conceptual blending, leadership theory, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
To help our clients, we apply these fields of knowledge to:
• Studying values-based leaders and organizations.
• Developing technologies of accelerated learning.
• Supporting our client organizations to implement our methods and research and to help enhance their organizational cultures.
